Our acupuncture and Chinese herb clinic is located at 5920 Johnson Street, Suite 106, in Hollywood Florida.
Acupuncture treatments are priced at a flat fee of $60.
We offer two types of treatments:
*Table treatment
Table treatments have the option of getting both a front and back treatment. This is the standard way of treating in most acupuncture clinics. Points on the arms, legs, head, abdomen, and the upper and lower back can all be easily treated. Usually the front side (lying face-up) is treated first, the needles are retained for 15-25 minutes and then removed, and then the back side (lying face-down) is treated for an additional 15-20 minutes. This is, in our opinion, the option that gives the best results in the widest variety of cases.
*Chair treatment
Chair treatments are done in a reclining chair with points on the arms/legs/head. Only the front side of the body is treated, and the needles are retained for about 45 minutes. We can treat most issues very effectively by doing chair treatments, even back pain. This is a good option for people who want to more deeply relax and de-stress, or who can’t lie comfortably on a massage table.
All sessions are by appointment only.
All sessions are approximately forty-five minutes in length.
Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing that allows the limbs from the elbows and knees to be exposed.
Want to bring a friend? We can accommodate 2 table treatments or 3 chair treatments in one appointment slot.

Chinese Herbal Medicine
We frequently recommend Chinese herbal medicine to support the acupuncture therapy. We have a wide variety of pre-made Chinese herb formulas at the clinic; customized formulas are also available via an online dispensary. Prices for herb formulas vary, but usually they will cost between $20-40 a week for the pre-made formulas, and approximately double that price for a custom formula.
Payment
We accept payment at the time of service with cash, check or credit card. We do not accept any insurance plans, however many of our clientele pay with HSA cards and there have been no issues.
Course of Treatment
One of the most frequent questions we get asked is how long it will take to see improvement in one’s condition with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In most cases a general estimate for course of therapy is 6-12 weeks, with treatments at once or twice a week. Initially, it may be recommended to book treatments at twice a week for the first 3-6 weeks, then cut back to once a week for the remainder of the treatment course.
Beginning in January 2024, we will be instituting a 24-hour cancellation policy; Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $40.
