Our acupuncture and Chinese herb clinic is located at 5920 Johnson Street, Suite 106, in Hollywood Florida.
We offer two types of appointments:
*Private acupuncture treatments on a massage table or reclining chair: $60
*Pod sessions (you bring 1 or 2 other people for a shared appointment, reclining chairs only): $30 per person. (Please see below for details on table vs chair or private vs pod treatments)

Private vs Pod Treatments
*Private appointments have the option of getting both a front and back treatment. This is only possible on a massage table. Some people prefer a chair-only treatment in a private session. Either way, the fee is $60.
*Pod treatment participants will receive a regular community-style session in a reclining chair with points on the arms/legs/head. And yes, we can treat back pain very effectively by doing community style – we did exclusively community treatments for over seven years with excellent results.
If you want to host a pod treatment, just book an appointment for one person and let us know by text or email if you are bringing someone else. There is a limit of three people in recliners to a single appointment slot. It is possible to see two people together on tables (front and back) in a single appointment. The session will then be charged at $60 per person.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
We have a wide variety of pre-made Chinese herb formulas at the clinic; customized formulas are also available via an online dispensary. Prices for herb formulas vary, but usually they will cost between $20-40 a week for the pre-made formulas, and approximately double that price for a custom formula.
Payment
We accept payment at the time of service with cash, check or credit card. We do not accept any insurance plans, however many of our clientele pay with HSA cards and there have been no issues.
Course of Treatment
One of the most frequent questions we get asked is how long it will take to see improvement in one’s condition with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In most cases a general estimate for course of therapy is 6-12 weeks, with treatments at once or twice a week. Initially, it may be recommended to book treatments at twice a week for the first 3-6 weeks, then cut back to once a week for the remainder of the treatment course.
The clinic is often booked out a week or two in advance, and after-work and Saturday hours are usually reserved far in advance. Beginning in January 2023, we will be instituting a 24-hour cancellation policy; Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $40.
